Course description

The Developing Agile Innovation Capabilities online course teaches you the basics of service management, design thinking, and innovation leadership. It allows you to develop your capability to innovate and apply design thinking principles in your organization to benefit your customers. 

The program provides you with hands-on tools for designing innovative products and services using agile practices. It teaches you to combine analytical and creative development methods effectively. 

The program is aimed at managers and experts responsible for creating and developing new products or services and who want to learn to apply design thinking methods and innovation tools in organizational development projects. 

By completing the Developing Agile Innovation Capabilities program, you will gain a toolkit for optimizing an organization's service activities: you will learn the basics of service management, quality concepts, and the primary conditions for measuring the quality of services on the Internet. The Design Thinking learning module gives you the tools to develop products, services, processes, business models, and strategies using design thinking methods. The final module teaches you agile start-up methods to support the implementation of change processes in your organization. 

The program consists of three online courses, which are also available individually: Service Management, Design Thinking, and Innovation Leadership. 

The program takes about 12–18 weeks to complete, following the recommended schedule of 4 to 5 hours per week.
