Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
- recognize how culture and language affect the working dynamics in diverse teams and apply different strategies to work efficiently in diverse teams
- apply intercultural frameworks to understand inclusion in diverse teams - identify strategies for employees and managers in a multicultural environment to enhance synergy and negotiations
- apply skills and strategies to work efficiently in diverse teams.
