Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, you will be able to use oral and written Swedish to discuss areas related to the world of work in general and to your own field of expertise. You will be able to communicate different work-related topics clearly and understandably in a context-appropriate manner. You will be able to understand Swedish texts, also those written in your field of expertise. This course preps you for taking the oral and written National Requirement Tests in Swedish, which are taken to demonstrate such at least satisfactory proficiency in Swedish as fulfils the language proficiency requirements set for public servants in Finland (see Act on the Knowledge of Languages Required of Personnel in Public Bodies, 424/2003).
