Course description
In order to maintain or achieve a competitive edge, companies need to be able to anticipate customer needs better, improve productivity and co-operate with the whole network with efficient processes and new technology. By focusing on improving productivity, understanding customer needs, networking, and efficient processes–leveraging technology– we create new opportunities for future success. We need new skills and competencies to maintain competitiveness and drive development efforts forward.
The program helps you understand the production and delivery network dynamics and 'whole.' It enables you to implement concrete improvements. During the training sessions, you will deal with various production management themes, such as strategy, operational management, finance, supply chains, and development.
The program includes 11 training days, two online courses, practical assignments, and a learning assignment that helps you deepen and apply the knowledge, models, and methods you learned into practice. The versatile learning methods help you put what you know into practice.
The program is held in Finnish.
