Form of learning:
The application period for the summer course Data Analytics starts in February. Please note that course information is subject to change.
Data allows us to plan and lead operations better, model potential scenarios and optimise decision-making. However, it needs to be carefully processed and analysed to reap the benefits.
There is hardly an industry that doesn’t profit from data analytics. Similarly, most roles in organisations benefit from a deeper understanding of what data can and can’t do and how they can ensure the best possible results. A recent report show that the Data analyst job market is predicted to grow by 23% between now and 2031.
The Introduction to Data Analytics summer course gives students the basic skills to understand and value data. Students will learn how to collect, store and handle data for analytics efficiently and ethically and conduct simple analysis.
The course will also involve visualising and interpreting data. The insights gained will be helpful for anyone working with data or data scientists, but also those wanting to improve their decision-making and optimisation skills.
The tuition fee for external students is 500€ (including VAT 24%).
There is no tuition fee for Aalto degree students.
