Target group: The program is aimed at growth-oriented executives and decision makers who want to develop their commercial competencies and processes. It suits participants with job titles such as Commercial Director, Business Unit Director, Head of Sales and Marketing, and Head of Business.

Course description

The Commercial Excellence program introduces frameworks and concrete tools for implementing a value-based approach in marketing, sales, and account management processes. You will learn to reassess your existing commercialization processes, concepts, and target groups to drive real growth and value. You will gain insights into strategic pricing and ways to communicate the value your products or services create. You will also learn how you, as a leader, can create a winning culture and successfully lead both short-term performance and long-term transformation and growth.

The program consists of interactive training sessions where the latest academic research meets hands-on expertise. You will also meet visiting speakers and compare Finnish and global success cases from different industries. As part of the program, you will participate in group coaching sessions where you can kick-start your business growth immediately and put what you have learned to work.

The program consists of five training days divided into three modules. Teaching takes place at Aalto University Töölö, Helsinki, Finland and online.
