Course description
Content The course first, introduces what service design is and what are its principles. Different service design tools are introduced via design process and tested in practical exercises. Co-design principle is presented in more detail and practiced. Second, the importance of meaning and customer experiences are studied and experienced. Third, service design prototyping is carried out at the workshop thought revising all service design principles. Finally, learnings from the course are visualized in a service design manner. Learning Outcomes - to understand different service design components and dimensions - to get familiar with service design terminology - to distinguish the most common service design tools, and when and how to use them - to practice how to prototype service design concepts
